Information evening
Looking ahead, from September there will be some updates to the PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) and RHSE (Relationships, Health and Sex Education) curriculum. These changes are designed to ensure that learning remains up to date, relevant and appropriate for children's ages and stages of development. The content will place a continued emphasis on helping children understand healthy relationships, personal wellbeing, online safety and preparing them for life in modern Britain.
Our PSHE programme, Jigsaw, will be updated to incorporate these curriculum changes. To help parents and carers understand the updates, I will be holding a short information session and Jigsaw presentation on Wednesday 1st July at 4:00pm. The session should take no longer than 20 minutes.
Please note that children should not attend this session, as some of the information discussed may not be appropriate for their age or stage of learning.
