School Awarded Primary Science Quality Mark

We are delighted to announce that our school has been awarded the prestigious Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM), a nationally recognised accreditation that celebrates excellence in science leadership, curriculum design, teaching and learning.

The Primary Science Quality Mark recognises schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to developing and strengthening science education, ensuring that all children benefit from high-quality science teaching and learning. Schools Mini London Marathon 2026

We are incredibly proud of our pupils who took part in the Mini London Marathon 2026.

To complete the challenge, our children ran an impressive 18 laps of the school field, demonstrating determination, resilience and a fantastic attitude throughout. Every participant showed great perseverance as they worked towards their goal and encouraged one another along the way.

School Games Gold Award Achieved for 2025–2026

We are delighted to announce that our school has been awarded the School Games Gold Mark Award for 2025–2026 in recognition of our commitment to physical education, school sport and promoting active lifestyles for all pupils.

The School Games Mark is a national award scheme that celebrates schools for their engagement in competitive sport and physical activity. Achieving the Gold Award reflects the wide range of sporting opportunities available to our pupils, our inclusive approach to participation, and the enthusiasm shown by children, staff and families throughout the year.

This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our PE team, staff, sports leaders and, most importantly, our pupils, who have embraced opportunities to take part in competitions, festivals, clubs and leadership activities.

Barclays Girls' Football Equal Access Award 2025

We are proud to announce that our school has achieved the Barclays Girls' Football Equal Access Award 2025, recognising our commitment to ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to play football and enjoy the many benefits that participation in sport can bring.

The award celebrates schools that provide equal access to football for girls, both within the curriculum and through extra-curricular opportunities. Achieving this recognition reflects our dedication to creating an inclusive environment where all pupils can develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game.

Throughout the year, we have worked hard to increase opportunities for girls to participate in football through PE lessons, clubs, festivals and competitive fixtures. It has been fantastic to see so many pupils embracing these opportunities, demonstrating teamwork, resilience and a passion for sport.
